1. Teppanyaki Grill Structure
Comprised of heating body, surrounding decoration, fume purifier, and air blower.
2. Teppanyaki Grill Equipments.
a. Heating body:
Gas Teppanyaki: 9 inch cast iron burner, 20mm alloy plate, heating size: 50mm*50mm, no deformation and discoloration, use coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas to heat.
Electric Teppanyaki: Heat through electric heated tube, or electromagnetic plate, 20mm alloy plate, heating size: 600mm*400mm, no deformation and discoloration.
b. Teppanyaki Grill Fuel Consumption
Coal gas: 2.92 m3 per hour
Liquefied petroleum gas: 0.85kg per hour
Natural gas: 1.20 m3 per hour
Electric heated tube: make to your local electricity index, such as 380V, 60HZ, 8KW, three phases and five wires.
Electromagnetic plate: make to your local electricity index, such as 380V, 60HZ, 8KW, three phrases and five wires.
c. Fume purifier:
Physical dust cleaning and electronic dust cleaning, can absorb fume grains over 0.1um, processing efficiency 93%-97.2%.
d. Air blower:
Suck exhaust outside to keep air clean and fresh in hotel. Can be built-in or outside, depends on your plan.
e. Surrounding decoration:
Usually made by marble, black walnuts or glass etc, can make according to customer's requirement. Customer can also make by themselves according to equipment size.
